Candice has a genuine awareness of a child’s development, no matter what stage or how old the child is. She is creative in how she approaches each child to help them learn, grow, and cultivate new skills and abilities. She loves being a part of a child’s life and getting to connect and bond with each child individually. Even though Miss Candice makes sure to set appropriate boundaries and keep kids safe, she allows for freedom in play and each child’s uniqueness to shine through every day. With daily routines, creative snacks and meals, homework, outings and activities - Miss Candice was always thinking ahead on how to simplify the family’s life, continue to shape the kids at each developmental stage each one was at, and still have the kids excited for what was to come the following week!-Candace
